Carolyn Costanzo has been working with Steve for over 25 years and has over 30 years in the industry.  Originally, she worked for Steve and his father, Bill who started the business.  She is the friendly voice at the end of the phone ready and able to answer (or get the answer to) your questions and provide service.  She is a Licensed Service Assistant which enables her to handle additional administrative duties.  She is happy when best meeting the service needs of our loyal and long-time clients.

Carolyn is a native of upstate NY, a wife and the proud mother of three.
